MGC Welcomes Fifth Executive Director
Jefferson City, Missouri, June 30, 2010- The Missouri Gaming Commission
welcomes new Executive Director Roger Stottlemyre. Stottlemyre replaces Gene
McNary who resigned April 21, 2010. He becomes the fifth executive director in
MGC history.
Chairman James Mathewson says “Roger Stottlemyre is a former
Superintendent of the Missouri State Highway Patrol. His background is in law
and gaming enforcement. His experience will enable him to effectively lead
staff, assist the Commission in regulating the State’s riverboat casinos, and
in the process of licensing the 13th riverboat gaming casino.”
Replacing Stottlemyre as Deputy Director of Enforcement is O’Fallon,
Missouri Deputy Police Chief Bill Seibert. Seibert is a former
Lt. Colonel with the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
In other MGC personnel changes, Frank Jung has been named General Counsel.
Jung, who has served as Legal Counsel with MGC for over a year, replaces Chris
Hinckley who remains with the Commission as Legal Counsel in St.Louis.
The next meeting of the Missouri Gaming Commission will be July 28,
2010 in Jefferson City.
