The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board says a casino owner lied when asked by investigators about his relationships with four people. The gaming board gave him a license. When his name kept popping up in intelligence reports investigators got suspicious. Read about it here.
A Shawnee County, Kansas District Judge will hand down his ruling this Friday morning on the constitutionality of the new gaming law. This law allows four casinos to be built in four areas of the state. There will be an update at 10 a.m. Friday at www.shawneecourt.org
Legislators in New Jersey are going to take a look at legalizing sports betting. The bill's sponsor says there is sports betting going on right now, and the state of New Jersey is not getting their share. The legislation would make sports betting legal at casinos.
